1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Roomly platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Roomly provides AI-powered hotel management software including revenue optimisation, staff planning, guest intelligence, and operational tools. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the software, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Roomly. We do not claim ownership of your property data, guest records, or operational information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

Roomly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
